Returns & Exchanges

We make each product with love and hope you are happy with your order!  If you are not happy with your order, we will accept returns or exchanges per the guidelines below:

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 15 days: If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.  

Conditions of products:  We only accept returns of products in mint condition. This means in the original packaging, with all the original labels attached, with no signs of wear, i.e. no traces of make-up, perfume or smoke, no laundering, without damages or other defects and no loose hairs left in it.  Please note that we're extremely strict and refuse all items that do not comply with these return policy conditions.  We recommend that you remove your makeup before trying on an item. 

If you want to return or exchange the items you ordered, then follow these steps:

1. Notify us that that you are requesting a return/exchange of item(s) within 15 calendar days of purchase by sending an e-mail to: tootiesturbans@gmail.com 
2. We will send a confirmation email with directions on how to return/exchange your items. 
3. Once we receive your return/exchange, and if it meets 'condition of products' as stated above, we will process your return or exchange within 15 business days of receipt of goods. Payment method is the same as the one you originally used when placing your order. The shipping cost of your original delivery will not be reimbursed to you.  

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Processing Time: Please allow 2 weeks for processing of your refund or exchange. 

 

EXCEPTIONS: 

Masks: We apologize but we are unable accept returns for face mask and turban combo orders.  Due to the specific use and risk of exposure to our staff or customers, all orders of mask or mask combos are final sales. 

Gift Certificates: Gift certificate sales are final.  No refunds. Items purchased via gift certificate may be exchanged for merchandise or in store credit only. 

Sale Items:  Sale items are all sales final.
